Aesthetic treatment plans unfold over months. Progress is gradual, protocols are personal, and the moments that matter happen between appointments. Yet the record of all of it lived in scattered notes, message threads, and a patient's own recollection of what a clinician had said six weeks earlier.

The result was a quiet erosion of confidence. Patients could not see the arc of their own progress, and practitioners spent the first part of every appointment reconstructing context instead of advising.

We began by mapping the treatment journey as a single object with two very different views: the patient's, which needed reassurance and clarity, and the practitioner's, which needed precision and speed.

That decision shaped everything downstream. A shared data model meant a note written in the clinic surfaced in the patient's timeline without translation, and a photo captured at home became clinical context rather than an attachment nobody opened.

The mobile experience is deliberately quiet. Progress is shown through paired imagery and plain language rather than charts, with guidance arriving when it is relevant instead of all at once during onboarding.

Under that calm surface sits the harder work: secure media handling, offline capture, structured protocols, and an architecture built to accept intelligence later without a rebuild.
