What a Custom AI Feature Actually Costs

Nobody can quote an AI feature from a description. What they can tell you is which decisions will move the number, and by how much.

Scope is not a negotiation about features. It is a decision about which risks you want to retire first.

Most AI roadmaps begin with capability. The ones that succeed begin with a decision someone needs to make faster.

The most expensive engineering decisions are made in conversations, long before anyone opens an editor.
