Project engagements

Client work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality, and warranties. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls for the work it describes.

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship and does not reserve capacity in our schedule.

Client confidentiality

Project names shown on this site may be internal codenames rather than client brands, and details are presented at a level our agreements allow. We do not publish confidential client information, and we will not share yours.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, imagery, layout, code, and branding, belongs to The Bit Laboratory or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, share, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions, resell the content, or use it to train commercial machine learning systems without our written permission.
